This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
As our CRM Manager (Growth), you’ll play a key role in increasing daily active users (DAUs), improving user retention and driving long-term engagement. Working within our Growth product squad, you’ll work on CRM initiatives for our streak feature, habit formation campaigns and data-driven projects such as weekly progress reports and year-in-review campaigns. You’ll leverage your CRM expertise to develop and execute strategies that encourage daily app usage and user loyalty.
You'll be at the forefront of experimentation, crafting and optimizing push notification strategies, email campaigns and in-app messages that engage users at critical moments. Collaborating with product, marketing and analytics teams, you’ll help create seamless experiences that support both retention and habit-building, all while increasing the impact of YAZIO's core features.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
Excels at Driving Engagement: You use gamification and retention tactics to fuel habit-building and increase daily active users. It’s a bonus if you’ve done this in gaming apps!
Is a CRM Expert: With 3+ years of experience, you’ve led campaigns across push, email and in-app channels, using in-house tools and CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable to segment and engage users.
Masters Notification Strategy: You design personalized, timely notifications that reactivate users and keep them engaged daily.
Understands User Segmentation: You target new, active and returning users with highly tailored campaigns that meet them at key moments in their journey.
Loves Data and Experimentation: Testing, learning and refining campaigns through data insights is your core approach to improving performance.
Collaborates Seamlessly: You work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, design and analytics teams to align CRM strategies with product goals and maximize user engagement.
