This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

Lead and own YAZIO’s brand vision and positioning, ensuring it resonates across all markets
Develop initiatives to build long-term brand equity, focusing on brand sustainability and resonance in the ever-evolving market
Develop, implement and manage YAZIO’s brand strategy, creating high-impact brand campaigns to increase brand awareness, recognition and loyalty among our target audience
Collaborate with relevant departments such as Product and Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts, supporting a unified brand experience
Create frameworks to evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, focusing on outcomes and ROI, to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors and opportunities to differentiate the YAZIO brand in a crowded marketplace
Maintain a deep focus on storytelling to inspire and engage audiences with YAZIO's vision and values, ensuring all brand communications are compelling and coherent

Your Profile

3-5 years of brand management experience, proven track record in driving brand strategies, building brand identity and managing brand campaigns
Understanding of the Mobile App Industry, knowledge of market trends, competitor dynamics and user behavior within mobile apps
Proven experience working with international brand agencies and managing campaign localization
Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to inform and optimize brand strategy
Ability to articulate the brand's unique value proposition clearly and compellingly across all touchpoints
Effective teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
Innovative thinking in communicating brand values and vision
