Are you a creative thinker with a passion for words, user experience and engaging digital content? Do you have a deep understanding of human psychology and how language shapes behavior? As a UX Writer at YAZIO, you will work cross-functionally with product, design, development, marketing and localization squads to craft clear, concise and compelling microcopy that enhances the user journey. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

Craft clear, concise and engaging microcopy that guides users seamlessly through our app and website
Enhance user engagement by designing content that supports gamification elements
Collaborate closely with product, mobile, web and localization squads to ensure content aligns with our product goals, design vision and user needs
Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all digital touchpoints, working alongside the marketing team to reflect YAZIO’s identity
Optimize content for international markets, integrating localization considerations early in the process to ensure clarity and coherence across languages
Contribute to a delightful, fun and human-centered user experience, making nutrition tracking more accessible and enjoyable for our global community

Your Profile

2+ years of experience in UX writing and content design for apps and websites, leveraging a user-centered approach and expertise in the psychological impact of language on user behavior and decision-making
Experience in writing for gamification, creating content that motivates and entertains users
Proficient in Figma for collaborating on design layouts, and Phrase Suite for managing multilingual content
In-depth knowledge of how localized content integrates with design constraints
Fluent in English with strong collaborative and communication skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams; proficiency in German is a plus
Experience in conducting UX research, optimizing copy placement and running A/B tests to refine content effectiveness
