We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to streamline our product organization, improve workflows, and scale operations as YAZIO continues to grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own and lead Product Operations in a rapidly expanding company, ensuring that our Product, Engineering and Design teams can do their best work. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
As Product Operations Lead, you will:
- Optimize and streamline processes to ensure our Product organization operates efficiently and effectively.
- Own and evolve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) by improving alignment, execution and squad collaboration.
- Facilitate key cross-functional meetings (product reviews, product alignment, retrospectives) to drive strategic decisions and team alignment.
- Act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Design and other teams to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize tooling and documentation, ensuring Notion, Jira and JIRA Product Discovery support async collaboration and team workflows.
- Analyze and improve process effectiveness, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and enhance team performance.
- Scale Product Operations as YAZIO grows, ensuring new squads are set up for success as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Agile Coaching, ideally in a fast-growing product organization.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes and operational best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in process optimization and strategic problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment, ensuring effective async communication and documentation.
