We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Platform Engineer (iOS) to join our Mobile Platform Team. If you’re an experienced iOS engineer who enjoys going beyond feature development—tackling tooling challenges, architectural improvements, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and collaborating across squads and platforms—this is your chance to make a big impact.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position. You can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
As a Senior Mobile Platform Engineer (iOS), you will:

  • Drive improvements in our iOS app architecture and development workflows, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with mobile squads to improve the development experience by creating better tools, automation and shared services.
  • Own and improve our iOS build system, CI/CD pipelines and development tooling.
  • Help ensure key engineering updates, improvements and standards are communicated clearly and consistently across teams.
  • Support Android-leaning engineers and QA automation efforts.
  • Bring an open mindset to cross-platform development and collaboration by supporting our efforts with Kotlin Multiplatform. 
Our Core Tech Stack
Here’s what you’ll be working with:

  • iOS: Xcode, Swift, SPM
  • Tooling & automation: Command-line tools, Bash scripting, CI/CD (we use Gitlab)
  • Cross-platform: Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). Lots of business logic is shared
  • Collaboration: Kotlin (supporting Android-centric efforts)
Your Profile
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Mobile Platform Engineer or in a similar role within a product-focused engineering organization.
  • You have deep expertise in Swift and the iOS toolchain, including strong knowledge of the Xcode build system and development workflows.
  • You're comfortable with CI/CD tooling, scripting and automation—and you know how to use them to streamline development and deployment.
  • You're an excellent communicator who proactively shares knowledge, fosters alignment across teams and ensures transparency around technical decisions. You’re comfortable working in English, which is our primary language for collaboration.
  • You take full ownership of your work, are highly self-motivated and lead by example in cross-functional collaboration.
  • You’re happy to work beyond traditional iOS boundaries—whether it’s exploring Kotlin Multiplatform, helping Android engineers or supporting QA with automation and tooling.
  • You bring a strong quality mindset and are committed to engineering excellence for both yourself and the teams you support.
